Hiro Labs, Inc. (“Hiro Labs”) operates several websites including medleytext.net, neutrinometrics.net It is Hiro Labs’ policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Like most website operators, Hiro Labs collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Hiro Labs’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Hiro Labs’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Hiro Labs may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to Hiro Labs’s websites choose to interact with Hiro Labs in ways that require Hiro Labs to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Hiro Labs gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. In each case, Hiro Labs collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Hiro Labs. Hiro Labs collects statistics from clients of users who uses the Neutrino Metrics service (neurinometrics.net) as a part of the core data analytics capability. It is a part of the core function of the service, thus it is deemed necessary for basic usage. The information collected however is anonymous and void of personally identifiable information regarding the user (including IP addresses). Information collected includes but not limited to: device, platform, city, province, country, app meta, access time, frequency. Users of the Neutrino Metrics service can however assign their own events, and identification for their clients, which is not the responsibility of Hiro Labs. All data collected will adhere to the protection policy listed below.
Hiro Labs may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. Hiro Labs may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Hiro Labs does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

If Hiro Labs, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Hiro Labs goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
